A friend of mine ordered parts through me he doesn't use credit cards about 2 weeks ago and I still haven't seen the charge hit my credit card yet. I'm wondering if the parts were shipped, but Monkey Wrench doesn't pick up their phone to answer me. Anyway, my friend doesn't have an account here so he wanted me to see what's going on.

I had the same issue with my MegaSquirt on the 2ZZ. At least that way you will know for sure if the ems4 is defective. I'm sure they dont have a receptionist to answer their phones. If you don't get an answer on the phone leave a message, it'll be returned shortly. There is some troubleshooting and testing that you can do if you cannot get the car to run, and the EMS-4 does have some well-known peculiarities in setup that you can read about on the AEM support forum.
