Our facility is purpose-built to offer patients the highest standard of medical care in a friendly, convenient, and accessible environment. We are located next to the Olympic Park ferry wharf, bus terminal and primary school for ease of access. We offer appointments and walk-ins to patients, although both are subject to availability. To make it even easier for patients, we also accept online bookings. However, please note that we have a strict Non-Attendance policy. Clients that miss their appointments without giving prior notice to reception at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time will be marked with a non-attendance in their file. We have nurses available Monday to Friday from am to pm and on Saturdays from am to pm. Patients should ensure that a nurse is present for the following appointments and that a double booking is made: Childhood Vaccinations, Newborn Checks, and previously-discussed Procedures with our GPs.
