Drove 2 hours to meet a lady who had a contract to take puppy to the vet within 48 hours after receiving him so I did and he was found to be unhealthy. Her contract stated that she would refund or replace puppy. Instead she ignored my calls and told me she never sold me a pet! Contacted this lady about a Chihuahua that was listed. She explained that one was gone already but offered to send photos of another one.
