The atmospheric fitout is timeless, classical, and simply beautiful. Stuart worked closely with the owner to design and build the ethereal vision. The scope included handcrafting a feature bar area, building an alfresco area featuring 3 raised piers which acts as a walk through , installing bespoke booth seating, creating intimate dining spaces, building a full commercial kitchen, and fitting designer bathroom facilities. The centre piece for the exquisite space was the installation of a huge Japanese blossom tree which pays homage to the businesses Japanese roots whilst creating an unforgettable feature. A full defit of the previous Sushi business was the starting point for this complex fitout and refurbishment. Feature pendant lighting, exquisite geometric tiles, upholstered bespoke seating, charred black wooden screens and green velvet accents were installed throughout to achieve the desired result.
