Off grid with doug and stacy
Basically we post daily videos about our daily life. We built a log cabin in 90 days from scratch. Built it with no carpentry skills.
Tiny house, a few acres of open space, composting toilet, and most of all: peace and quiet. The whole deal thrills me, but not without reservation. Doug and Stacy host their YouTube Channel, Off-Grid with Doug and Stacy , where they share their daily adventures living on 11 acres in the mid-west without electricity or running water. Their lifestyle is inspiring to those who want to be more self-reliant each day. Subscribe to our podcast here.

The Skills Society has lost. Taught by Instructors You Trust! Doug and Stacy have lived on 11 acres for the last 15 years. They built a log cabin with minimal building skills in 90 days with wood from the forest. They have developed a "closed loop system" we need zero inputs to feed and take care of ourselves and we are excited to teach you what we have learned! When you join our university you will be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to start your journey, improve your current situation or just live a better life in the circumstances you find yourself in today! The Universities were made with you in mind! Study at your pace and pic the topics that interest you! As a mother and Homesteader I love learning from the both of you.

YouTube has become my families infotainment source. It is much better than anything on regular TV. Today, I want to share with you 21 awesome homesteading YouTube channels you should watch if you are interested in homesteading. One of the things we love about homesteading YouTube channels is that not only can we learn something while being entertained but we are watching and supporting real people living their real lives and we can really communicate with them through the comments, email, and meet-ups unlike the people on TV reality shows. Daniel seems like a very laid back guy even though he is an Oklahoma State Trooper. I like how he teaches his kids to hunt and fish and even let Huston cut himself with his own pocket knife. That is a great way to learn to respect a knife blade. I especially like how he supports the YouTube community and other creators in our niche.
