The Apocalypse map pack introduces Origins, Treyarch's deepest and most imaginative zombies experience yet.

Origins is the main gamemode for Excavation Site 64 , playable in Dig Site. It contains many new features such as Generators , a new Panzer Soldat enemy, and 3 Giant Robots. The Mystery Box and Pack a Punch got makeovers, and new weapons are available. A new Power Up and melee weapon, new enemies, and a very complicated easter egg, this map has a LOT to offer. It is the seventeenth Zombies level to be released, and the first to feature the Primis crew. This map was later remade in full as part of the Zombies Chronicles downloadable content for Black Ops III , along with seven other classic maps. While a lot of features from previous maps returns, there are a number of new mechanics introduced in this map.
