Paris prime is not a bad weapon or smth, so it worth to have it in your arsenal when you want to do some puncture dmg instead of slash Dread or impact Cernos. Though, using bows on a constant basis is not that convinient in general.

If you have it mastered I would suggest either selling it in trade chat, on warframe. Because of those two things, when you get crits it will actually do more initial and slash damage than the Dread.
