Mezcla la harina junto con el polvo para hornear y la sal. Incorpora la harina, alternando con la leche, y batiendo solo hasta integrar. Divide la masa entre los dos moldes y hornea durante 30 minutos, o hasta que pasen la prueba del palillo. Retira del horno y coloca los pasteles con todo y molde sobre rejillas de alambre; deja enfriar 10 minutos. Reduce el fuego a bajo y, sin dejar de mover, cocina durante 5 minutos o hasta que se espese no dejes que hierva. Deja enfriar a temperatura ambiente, luego refrigera durante 3 horas. Para armar el pastel, corta los panes a la mitad, horizontalmente, haciendo 4 capas. Refrigera el pastel hasta antes de servir. Crear perfiles para publicidad personalizada.
