This was the 2nd time I had been in, this week, trying to get the same bloodwork drawn and they came out and told everyone with a very mean attitude we are NOT taking walk-ins today. If they are overwhelmed they need to figure out a better system or hire more people. Completely unprofessional. I have never had any issues at this location even as a walk in. I have always been treated very well. I have found the staff at this quest location to be extremely kind,professional and very efficient. I have my blood tested twice a month and never ever have I had a bad experience. I got Vanessa this AM.
