It's even worse now that some brainiac on the design team decided to nix Levitation. Used to be you could just levitate out of a crack. Now, unless you're outside with no enemies about, you HAVE to reload. Fast travelling also gets the character out of being stuck, but obviously the character will start at the beginning of the area. Stuck is your character vibrating constantly and unable to get out. I was stupid enough to save here, after I was stuck, and am hoping there's a way out, as it took a while in character generation, and I would prefer not to have to repeat that.
