I see. Yeah, I know what Goku said about the form, but it managed to keep up with Perfect Cell, both in and out of filler. If anything, the speed reduction would only affect the fighting accuracy of the one who uses it. God is nowhere near x. The reason Broly was able to combat SSJG was because his power kept growing, and he quickly learned the pros and cons of God.
