It was a bit overwhelming, didn't really know what to expect, but I went through about two or three months of training and then when you actually get out on the field, you're assigned a trainer and they kind of ride along with you and there's always someone for you to lean on. I do it mostly from my home and then one week from the office. That personalized, caring experience, being the face of the company, you want to make sure that you establish that. You're going to have some upset people, but once you speak to them, you tell them that you're there to help them, a lot of them are so at ease.
