Speerism or Reformed National Socialism is a fictional ideology from the Hearts of Iron IV mod The New Order:Last Days of Europe, its a totalitarian, capitalist and fascist ideology that seeks to reform National Socialism from a bloated mess of self-destructive contradictions into a workable ideology while preserving its core. After WW2 and with the waning of Hitler's power and influence over the Nazi Party, Albert Speer would form a faction of reformists who wish to change the structure of nazism in germany so it doesn't fall, after Hitler's death Speer's faction takes up arms and is one of the four factions in the german civil war, if Speer is to win he starts working alongside the Gang of Four to implement his reforms, eventually leading to slave revolt, where Speer is either turned into a puppet of conservatives, democrats or purges the Gang of Four and fully implements his ideological system. Speerism wishes to reform National Socialism by allowing some critique of Hitler to keep the illusion of opposition, removing the bloat from the military, the meticulous racial qualification and the economic autarky, opening up the economy and turning it into a free-market welfare economy for ethnic germans, while still keeping the many racist policies of Hitler, Speer somewhat moderates them by stopping slavery and sending the minorities back to their country to allow more stability into the reich, Speer is also diplomaticly much less isolationist, turning the German Einheitspakt into the Zollverein which is much more market oriented and gives more autonomy, being less of a colonial sphere and more of a economic sphere, Speer attempts to better relations with America, Speer also moves towards creating TNO's version of the United Nations, though with the objective of turning Germany into a more global power.
