I have booked my flights through edream, I got car accident and I cancelled my flights , edream in written advised me I am entitle to get tax and one of airline accepted my medical certificate and asked me to contact edream for returning money, now is 5 months that I just emailing to edream without any response, instead of proceed the return money, they ask to call, everytime I call, one different person to pick the phone and after 20 minutes they tell me that they will call me back by 48 hours, It seems this 48 hours after 5 months never arrive. Just because one of the airlines said they would issue a refund, that would be to the agent you appointed who, guess what, has their own terms and conditions which told you, before you ticked the box confirming that you had read and accepted them, that they would not make any refunds. Well, I would guess that at least one person has gotten a refund from eDreams, but I might be wrong. EDreams will deduct a service fee for claiming any due taxes back.
