This home is beautiful, comfortable, very clean…. Cable TV. Great snorkeling at the beach that takes less than a minute to reach. The house has a great layout with many ways to take in the incredible view of the cove and ocean. Secluded amongst 1 acre of lush, tropical landscaping, this home is a blend of indoor and outdoor living with multiple lanais, private swimming pool, spacious patio seating, tropical gardens, and fruit trees. Situated at a comfortable 1, feet elevation on the western slope of Hualalai, Kona Heavens enjoys vast views of the Pacific Ocean, harbor, airport and a glimpse of the lights of Kailua-Kona village. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. Very nice house in a good neighborhood.
