I have already gone through the standard fixes, such as WoW repair; all other addons are switched on and off, the WA addon is uninstalled and installed with and without the old WA folder ; PC restarted; Cache folder deleted etc …. I cannot load weak auras anymore. I have stopped playing one month after release of BFA and thought about coming back. So I started WOW and obviously had a lot of addon errors. I did see my weak auras were turned on, but several others caused issues elvUI etc , so I went step by step and removing addons that don't fully work anymore. But now weakauras isn't working anymore at all, even with weakaura only activated. I know this screenshot is taken with elvUI turned on, but it doesn't work either way. The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:. It seems to be the same problem as which was closed by user, but we don't know how it was fixed.

I am always hopeless with WeakAuras. Have tried to use this addon many times but always get confused to set it up properly. Too complicated for me I guess. Is it weird that I like to use a mostly vanilla UI? I think there's many cases especially with legos and some artifact passives that they should be shown more visibly because of how critical they are to rotation changes. It's not optimal in some cases to have to constantly look for a tiny icon and soemtimes a tiny number on that tiny icon to make quick decisions, distracting you from what's actually happening.
