My husband and I had lunch at Wild Thyme cafe last week. We were initially hesitant because I have coeliac disease and the waitresses didn't seem certain that the food was safe - but the chef reassured us that they take great care to ensure Staff then walked me through exactly what would be my safest options, and the lunch I ended up with nachos was delicious.
