Is it possible to have a dedicated healer tier list? I understand healers aren't very desirable, especially for arena. However, I'd like a way to know which healers are worth investing in. Only a couple of them are good with their base sets. Those would be Bridal Lyn dazzling staff and Genny wrathful staff. Those skills are required to make other healers actually somewhat viable at least from my experience. Nevertheless, Bridal Lyn is most likely the best healer we got so far.

Assuming you want a pure support healer and aren't trying to run Wrathful staff she's the first generally good all around healer that isn't limited Bridal Lyn is damn good I can think of. Sakura also has a decent Speed to defensive stats ratio as well which is pretty much what you want for support healers. Also all support dedicated healers should be running Rehabilitate, it gets the most healing and can fully restore health, or nearly fully, in most cases after combat, especially good for high health tanks and the like. In general, a healer only needs to inherit Rehabilitate and a good buff to be a useful. But some are better in certain secondary roles than others. I rotate them around during Tempest Trials to farm hero merit - highly recommend trying several this way to see what fits your team comp. Priscilla and Clarine are popular for having three movement. They can also give and receive cavalry buffs. Sakura is similar to Maria but comes with a DEF buff. Genny has Wrathful Staff which lets Healers be useful in a non-support role but I've yet to pull her so

She also has access to Rehabilitate, one of the best healing skills in the game which can heal teammates to full HP if their HP is below 50 percent enough.
