This map is much closer to what I originally imagined when I started working on the time line. I had planned on having a map of Mid-World in the middle as shown herewith all the little maps of Manhattan and Maine and so on around it as shown hereas well as all the time line information. It soon became apparent that I was never going to fit all of that information on one image, and there seemed to be a lot of other people working on nice maps of Mid-World so instead I put my energies into creating the time line, map of mid world dark tower. However, to me, none of the maps of Mid-World out there made sense.

Mid-World is one of the many worlds or levels of the Dark Tower. It is the world that Roland Deschain inhabits. It is also the only world from which it is possible to enter the Dark Tower. There is some confusion about the name of Roland's world. Sometimes, his world appears to be referred to as All-World. Also, the name, Mid-World, can also refer to a specific part of the greater Mid-World. However, the use of All-World is almost exclusively used in conjunction with Arthur Eld, being called "All-World-that-was".
